Iam so glad that Dr. Holtzer was elected into the Best Dr. of America Data Base. It is truley an honor he desevers whole heartly! He is the best pediatric Dr that I have ever meet! I remember the very first time that I meet Dr. Holtzer, I was seeing the only Dr. in Newberry for my children and I wasn't very impressed with her at the time, but being in a small town I wasn't given much choice. Then one day my little girl was sick and I was in the room waiting on the Dr. when in walks this man that I had never seen and wasn't to happy about him seeing my daughter but he was very polite and introduced himself as the new Dr working in that office so I gave him a chance. By the time he had left the room I was happy with how well the visit had went and how he had taken the time to explain everything to me about my child and not just looked at her wrote something down and told me "this the problem and this what she needs" like I had been told so many other times with no compassion. He truley cared enough to take the time out and answer any question I may have had. Since then I have had another daughter and now a son on the way and Dr. Holter has been there for me and my children through every sniffle and anything that may arrise. I know that he has a daughter of his own and she lives far away from him and that is a very hard thing but as long as he is still practicing medicine and doesn't move to far away from us he will be the ONLY person I completly trust with all of my children's health care!! My children and I love this man and what he does he really is the best Dr. in America!!!!

My two oldest children were patients of his when he was practicing in Pittsburgh. We moved away to New England and now live in Virginia, and we have yet to find another pediatric doctor that compares to Dr. Holtzer. He is exceptional in every way. Newberry, SC is so blessed to have him.

I choose Dr Holtzer when my 2nd child was born I had lived in the saluda greenwood area and i had tried other peds with my first child all that did not meet my exceptation. I also had two step children and that had a ped in anderson we swithched all of them when I meet Dr Holtzer. I have received nothing but kindness from his office and himself, all children deserve a doctor like him. All my children love him and believe me with four children he has seen us quite a bit and has helped us figure out many things. THANKS A BUNCH
