We are sad to report that Dr. Holtzer has accepted his "dream job" (a fulltime teaching position at Greenville Memorial hospital) and will be leaving Pediatrics of Newberry at the end of July.  "I am sad to leave Newberry, but hope to stay in touch with all of my friends as I further my career"  stated Dr. Holtzer.  "I'm glad I'll get to practice for a while in our new building and am sure Pediatrics of Newberry will continue to serve the community for a long time."

"We hope that everyone will join us in saying goodbye to Dr. Holtzer as the time for him to leave comes and want to reassure everyone that quality patient care will continue" states Dr. Becky.  "Crystal, myself and all the staff are committed to continuing Dr. Holtzer's philosophy of holistic, family-centered medicine."

We wish Dr. Holtzer all the best, although we are sorry to see him go.
